Care of Crochet and Knitted Gifts
As with all yarn-made items, they should be treated with extra care. All of the knitted and crochet items are made with machine washable yarn (40 degrees). However, if you do have a handwash cycle on your machine, it would be better to use this.
It is also advisable to wash your items in a netted laundry bag in order to avoid any snags that may occur from spinning and metal tags inside the drum.
At the end of the day, all products from Crochet & Knitted Gifts would prefer a gentle handwash, rather than a frantic spin (wouldn't you?).
Any items that have stuffing are filled with polyester filling which is washable, non-toxic, non-allergenic, and conforms to BS5852 (flame retardent), BSI425 (cleanliness) and European Standard EN71 PT2.
